How does TotallyAnything.com work?
We are a deal of a day website. This means we sell 1 product at a time. Starting at Midnight EST a new product is listed. The item will last for 24 hours or until it is sold out.
What Payment options do you offer?
We accept credit card payments through PayPal payments. You can use MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, or Discover through Paypal.
What are the condition of the items?
We sell items that are new which means the product is brand new in original retail packaging. New - open box means that the original retail package has been opened but the product has been inspected and guaranteed to work. New - bulk packaging means that the item does not contain retail packaging and is usually shipped in a reclosable bag or a blister pack. We may also sell refurbished products but it will be clearly stated in the description. Another condition type is open box. These are items that are usually customer returns and are sold at much lower price. Any questions regarding open box items must be sent to the manufacturer.
How much is Shipping and what method do you use?
Shipping is different for each item. Most of the time, shipping will be $4.25 (USPS) or $7.25 (FedEx). Shipping is determined by the weight of the item you are purchasing. We will ship your order out via FedEx or USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We Ship orders that are provided on the order page. We do not ship to an alternate address. *Note: we do not ship internationally, apo/fpo*
What is a Marathon Sale?
A Marathon Sale is when we sell multiple items in a day. We will sell a lot of different products throughout that time frame but will have a limited number of each product.
I have items that I want to sell but don't want to deal with the hassle, can you help?
Yes, we do sell products on consignment. We will sell your products for you and we will receive a small percentage of the sale price. Please contact [email protected] with your product.
What if I have questions, who do I contact?
You can email us at [email protected] and you will receive a response within 12 hours (most of the time, it's quicker than that).
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, we do not accept Returns. If you receive a product and it does not work, please contact the manufacturer for support. We do not offer support. All items that are opened box have been tested in new working condition before we get them. If you contact the manufacturer and cannot get your item to work, we can work something out.
